When ordering our products, please give your name, delivery address, e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number(s).
You can contact us, and we can contact you, by e-mail or telephone. Once you have made an order, you agree to check your e-mails regularly. For Cariitti Oy’s contact details, please go to Contact information.
Once you have made an order, Cariitti Oy will send you an automatic order confirmation with the details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, our system has not registered your order. Should this happen, please immediately contact Cariitti Oy’s sales.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, including after we have processed it. If you do not want to receive the product you ordered, please contact Cariitti Oy’s sales as soon as possible.
Products in the photographs may differ from those available, or photographs may contain products that are not part of the assembly displayed.

Cariitti offers the following payment options: online banking (Nordea, OP, Pop/Sp/Aktia, Tapiola, S-pankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken or Handelsbanken) or card payments (Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard).

You have 14 days to return or exchange a product purchased at Cariitti Oy’s Online Shop. Please contact our customer service beforehand regarding any returns or exchanges, by telephone on +358 9 2219 040 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need the following information:
– product name and number,
– order number, and
– reason for return.
You can use our free return service by Posti. Please include a document with customer name, address and telephone number. Our customer service will give you a return number. Mark it on top of the return parcel.

We can only process returns that have the return number given by Cariitti’s customer service. All products without the number will be returned at the expense of the recipient. If the return package does not include the sender’s details, we retain the returned product for 30 days, after which it will be destroyed.
When you send products to Cariitti Oy, for example for a warranty service or when returning a product, always retain the return documents and the Posti receipt/tracking number.
Cariitti Oy grants a warranty of 24
months from the date of delivery to the products it manufactures or imports. In compliance with the terms of the warranty, Cariitti Oy is liable for any material or manufacturing faults, provided that it has been notified of them within two years of the date of delivery.
Should you identify a fault in Cariitti Oy’s products or deliveries,
please immediately notify Cariitti Oy, and we agree on a procedure to rectify it.
